Warranty/Return Policy:   

If, during the original owner's lifetime, the raccoon proof, squirrel proof Lifelong® suet feeder fails to protect suet from raccoons and/or squirrels under normal and proper use and upon return of the feeder, we will reimburse the original owner the full purchase price of the feeder if our return instructions are followed.  In addition,  we will replace parts returned to us by the original owner that fail to perform due to wear or defective manufacture.

Warranty does not cover anything not listed above, including but not limited to: bear damage, hanging methods, optional accessories, re-engineering of any kind by the customer, or cosmetics (paint, label, etc.).  It also does not cover stripped threads caused by overtightening the lock bolt.  The lock bolt only needs to be finger snug to be effective and the threads will not strip if this is done.  USE NO TOOLS.

LASTLY, AS WITH ANY BIRD FEEDER WARRANTY, IT DOES NOT COVER THE NUMBER OR KINDS OF BIRDS THAT VISIT THE FEEDER, SO WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF FEEDERS RELATED TO THAT REASON. Virtually all of our customers have great success with the Lifelong feeder (please check out our Videos & Pics and Customer Review and Pictures pages!) although, on very rare occasions, I have had customers who do not attract the birds they expect. There are many reasons that some birds may not feed at any given feeder that are reasons peculiar to the feeding situation, for which we cannot be responsible -- for example:  type, age, and/or condition of suet; feeder location/placement or cleanliness; competition from other suet feeders close by that are easier to feed from (for the critters as well as the birds); etc., etc..

However, if you become one of the very few with such an issue, contact me via email. I will try to help you solve the issue and get the success our other customers enjoy.
